Our turnaround time is super quick! We design and sell our own products, so there is no lag time in delivery! Orders are usually completed, packaged and shipped in 4 business days. This means you will have your Jules Ink order in 7 to 10 days! Sometimes even sooner! Aren't we just awesome??!!
How much is shipping and handling? TOP
Not only do we get your order to you quicker than most, we get it to you cheaper, too! We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and charge a FLAT RATE of $8.00 for any size order. So go ahead and order up a storm - you'll still only pay an itty bitty $8 shipping fee! Your Welcome!
What if I need to return something? TOP
Well, we just cannot imagine anyone wanting to return a Jules Ink order! However, we are human, so there is the slightest possibility that we might just make a mistake once in a blue moon. When this happens you may return your order for a refund or reprint - your choice! Otherwise, because all of our products are personalized and custom made to order, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. (We still O.K.?? Friends?) So please make sure to double and triple check spelling and dates before you place your order!
Will I pay sales tax? TOP
Only if you live in sweet, North Carolina! We must add 7.75% sales tax for NC residents or face the big house! Sorry, my fellow North Carolinians, but it is the price you pay for living in such a wonderful place!
